New Year 1/3/2010
January 3rd, 2010Dear friends,
As we start another year in ministry (our 5th), things seem bright and hopeful – Like this new-year sunrise in Chiang Mai.
God has been so good to us, and so faithful in all His promises! Pray that God will allow us to rescue more orphans in 2010.
God has blessed us with many opportunities to both love and to be loved. Here Shirley and Mint entertain a sweet baby girl.
Part of being made, “in His image” is our ability to experience emotions and feelings of love and affection.
How good it is, to be used by God to reach and rescue and help protect His little ones.
Join us in giving thanks and worship to God for His goodness and mercy.
The holidays give us great opportunities to demonstrate our feelings and perform humble acts of loving service.
Pray that the orphans in our homes will experience genuine love and see deep and abiding faith in our house parents.
But there is still work ahead. As young David is shown here – already at-work in a field just harvested; We ask you
to pray that God will keep the “door of opportunity” open as we work to redeem the days of Grace He has ordained for 2010.
