On Saturday, Faithful Heart was blessed with a very special trip to an elephant camp hosted by a missions team from Hong Kong. The team was high school aged kids and they were so sweet and generous to our kids. Some of the foundation children remember this team from last year, and they were so excited to have them back this year! This team just loved on our kids all day. We were talking with the team leaders and commented that it’s so neat that even when crossing cultures and having the language barrier, the language of LOVE still speaks. We are always so amazed and humbled by the global family of God. How blessed we are to be part of this family!
Galatians 5:13-15 (MSG) “It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows. For everything we know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom.”

Luke 6:35 (MSG) “Live out this God-created identity the way our Father lives toward us, generously and graciously, even when we’re at our worst. Our Father is kind; you be kind.”

Matthew 22:37-40 (MSG) “Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’ This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’”
